Town of Alban has adopted the Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code (WUDC) for new 1 & 2 family homes, mobile homes, additions & remodeling to existing homes, new detached accessory structures and additions or remodeling to existing detached accessory structures.
Work exempt from permits:
— Repairs
— Mechanical replacements with like equipment
— New building/alterations/additions of < $1000 value in any 12-month period.
