Notice of Meeting to Adjourn the Board of Review
Due to Incomplete Assessment Roll
Town of Alban, Portage County
The Board of Review will meet on the 8th day of October, 2024 at 5:45p.m. at the Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative, 10401 Lystul Rd., Rosholt, WI for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the 45-day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.47(1).
Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, the Board of Review will be adjourned until the 22nd day of October, 2024 at 4:00 pm.

Notice that the Assessment Roll is Open for Examination and Open Book
Town of Alban, Portage County Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2024 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 15th day of October, 2024 at
2:00p.m. until 6:00p.m.
Additionally, the assessor shall be available from 2:00p.m. until 6:00p.m. at the Town of Alban Storage Facility, 3235 County Road A, Rosholt. Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.

Concerned about your water quality?
Click here to read more about the Portage County WATER (Well Owners Assistance for Economic Treatment and Recovery) Program. This program is open to any local private well owners/users in the County that are concerned about their water quality. In order to participate, well owners must first register for a free water test. Based on the results of the water test, participants may qualify for up to $1,500 towards the purchase and installation of a reverse osmosis treatment system.
